I’m Mackenzie. I’m a Product Designer in Birmingham, AL living with my dog, Dobby, and my cat, Katya — see below for reference.

I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Arts at Birmingham-Southern College, and I learned the principles of UI/UX Design on an online bootcamp called Bloc.

I got my start in web design at a small advertising agency where I was able to create work for very small entities to large non-profits. I’ve since had the opportunity to work as a UX Designer at a global bank, a Lead Product Designer on two zero-to-one products, and Senior Product Designer at Linq, a company that evolved from digital business cards into a full communications platform with phone, messaging, and CRM tools.

In my free time, I bake cakes, illustrate my favorite drag queens, and go to as many concerts for my favorite artists as I can.
