I designed the Linq Phone Admin Dashboard, introducing a dedicated admin view that gave organizations clarity and control over their phone activity. The dashboard surfaces key metrics (calls, messages, response times) while enabling admins to view and manage numbers, team inboxes, and settings from a single place. This project established a scalable framework for analytics and administration that didn’t exist before, making it easier for org admins to monitor performance.
